I wanted to try the Ligurian specialty pesto trofie and I was not disappointed. This place was fantastic.

Delicious and affordable food. We took a fried fish with salad, lasagna al pesto, seafood pasta and everything was fresh and tasty. The staff was very friendly and helpful and service was excellent.Highly recommended

A must eat place when in Santa Margherita !We recently took the train to Santa Margherita and planned to walk to Portofino for lunch… so glad we stayed here instead!We walked in and saw immediately a busy restaurant and locals, a great sign and the food look delicious . After taking some time to review the menu we knew we wanted to try a variety to get an experience- Mussels (amazing)- Fritto Misto (amazing)- Pesto Lasagna (beyond amazing)- Pasta with sardines (amazing)Overall an amazing meal and the staff made us feel like home - you must eat here !

A local and very tasty Osteria.. I was alone to have lunch and the lady suggested me their most popular dish pesto lasagna. Would come back here to try their other plates!

Probably my favourite place in the entire world!!! This Osteria is just next level. Traditional, simple and delicious. Filled with locals every night. Affordable pricing that just makes sense. We ate here 3/4 nights we stayed in SML. The staff are friendly and attentive. The Lasagne al a pesto is out of this world, silky soft pasta and delicious smooth pesto. The Pansoti salsa di noci sis incredible, rich and amazing walnut sauce. We also tried the Ravioli with Ragu, which was also excellent. The Shrimp and Calamari grilled skewer is also amazing. 10/10. Don’t get me started on the dessert….. Peach Pie with Gelato, death row wish, tangy and sweet. We met a lovely Milano couple, who have been coming to SML for 60years, and said this is the best place to eat, so that’s saying something.Enjoy!

Nothing to say but thank you for being there, thank you for your cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and perfect food! Truly this place is amazing! No frills perfect Italian food in a simple setting. It’s slightly off the tourist path which makes me smile. Filled with locals and good energy. This place is now on my permanent list each year I visit!

I belive we hit jack pot. It was just amazing. I realy realy recomend. We ate fried calamari and sea pasta that was just out of this world. You can see the joy in every one because of the excelent food.

Spaghetti allo Scoglio THE BEST!!!!! It’s very flavourful and best local dishes you’ll find here!!!! We tried many restaurants around this is very local.We tried the Pansotti in salsa di noceIf you like walnuts it’s good (taste a lot the walnuts).Lasagna al pesto - the pesto is very fresh and nice. But doesn’t look like typical lasagna.
